2023 Camp Session Dates
For children ages 3 1/2 to 14, a full two-week session minimum is highly recommended! Our sessions are programmed with an intentional beginning, middle, and end. Your camper may not have the full experience only attending one week–especially if they are new to Holiday Hill. Half sessions of one week may also be chosen. Camp Hours 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Daily; Before and Aftercare hours are available.
June Mini Camp: June 19-23
Summer Camp Session 1: June 26-July 7 (Week 1A, 6/26-6/30; Week 1B, 7/3-7/7)

Summer Camp Session 2: July 10-21 (Week 2A, 7/10-7/14; Week 2B, 7/17-7/21)
Summer Camp Session 3: July 24-August 4 (Week 3A, 7/24-28) Week 3B, 7/31-8/4)
Summer Camp Session 4: August 7-18 (Week 4A, 8/7-11; Week 4B, 8/14-18)

***Split sessions are available: It is possible to enroll on a weekly basis. Weekly prices are prorated to half of a session price.***

The Finches – Individualized Needs Program (Grades 1-8)
$490/ week ($475 with Cash/Debit/E-Check discount)

Horseback Riding (Grades 4-10) – Pending for 2023 based on UConn Program Safety Measures
Extended Camp Day: 8:00 – 9:00 AM drop off / 4:00 – 5:00 PM pick up; $5 per AM or PM
Daily Transportation – $50/week (details & stops forthcoming)
There is no charge for switching from one session to another or one week to another, providing the number of weeks attending remains the same. This includes the rolling-over of sessions or weeks to next summer due to unforeseen circumstances to families, campers, or the camp.
Changes in the number of sessions/weeks will be refunded as follows:
Withdrawal or reduction of weeks before May 1 – Full tuition reimbursed less $150 per week non-refundable deposit. Withdrawal or reduction of weeks after May 1 – No refund will be issued. A tuition credit will be offered.
No refunds will be given for days missed due to illness, injury, or family vacation. In the event of absence for three consecutive days or more due to injury or illness beyond the camp’s control, we are happy to allow your child to make up the days missed later in the summer. A physician’s note and approval from the directors may be requested.
